Shipping and Pickup Information (Policies)
Processing
We can do in-store pre-booked pick-ups and freight shipping (shipping charges extra). We ship all freight orders with one of Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS, ICS Courier, Purolator, and Canpar depending on if you're in Canada or US. We do not ship outside of North America at this current time.
Shipping time
Ordinary Packages
We usually take 1-3 business day to ship, once we ship the item, a tracking number will be generated. But very often times, the parcel will get picked up the next business day. It can take anywhere from 2 business days to 15 business days to receive your order, depending on where in North America you are located in (for example, Quebecers get their orders in 1-3 business days, Torontonians get theirs in 1-2 business days, Vancouverites need to wait at least 7 business days and can wait up to 10 business days.
Single Card Shipping
Singles will be shipped via bubble mailer with top loader, sleeves, and team bags to insure protection. If the 2 dollar shipping option was picked the shipping time is expected to be up to 14 business days at the latest.
Tracked shipping and anything further will be an expected 1-3 business days.
Preorders
Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, if there are multiple different preordered products within the same purchase then the order will be shipped alltogether when every product has arrived.
Shipping Fees
All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
As times are getting rough, so does our shipping fees, please understand that we need to raise our minimum for free shipping now. Free shipping is now offered all orders above 175 CAD.
Single shipping is $2 for untracked bubble mailer shipping
Local Pickup
When your order is ready to pick up, upon arrival please tell the person who is working the order number and your name so we do not mistaken our orders. Also, if your order isn't a pre-order and we have it in stock feel free to swing by anytime to pick up even if the order isn't ready to pick up. Give us a call if you're unsure if you can though. :)

Damaged/Lost Packages
Send an image of the package immediately to trc.customercenter@gmail.com. The sooner the better! We insure all of our packages but the freight companies will try whatever to get out of paying us. We will try to offer store credits or exchanges once we get the picture proofs to send them but we are not responsible for what happens after we ship, we take extreme safety precautions with how we pack our products in the package.
For singles, please take a picture of any damages for the cards with your order number and card. We try to make sure that all singles we ship are done safely with sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and bubble mailer at the minimum.
We do not bear responsibility for anything that occurs during shipping (such as lost packages), as such, we will attempt to reach a solution with the shipping company but we cannot guarantee a full refund.
Single Shipping
If you're buying only singles you will have access to "Singles Shipping" which would just be 2$ (bubble mailer). However, we are not responsible for what happens after we ship, that is solely on the shipping company after.
You can however, ship with tracking express which we will be responsible for when we ship it out, however, we are not responsible for anything that happens after we drop it off to the shipping company.
Any singles ordered with product would be shipped in a regular package.
