ONE PIECE STORE REGIONALS OCTOBER 20TH 12:30PM

1. People on the waiting list will have to check in with the person at the front door of our store before 12:30PM. Your status will go from "Wait Listing" to "Wait Listing Checked In" We will be prioritizing those who are on waitlisting checked in first in the form of First Come First Serve. Until you are registered as "Successful" you cannot come into the venue as the space will be allocated for customers and registered players! (Sorry! D:)

2. You will have 5-8 minutes to respond in the form of a phone call, DM on discord, or show up in person if you got selected to participate from the waiting list checked in. Please call 416-824-6806

3. If you are registered and are playing, you have until 12:30PM to guarantee your spot or else you may be removed from the event. Please contact me via phone call (4168246806) if you're late, we can at best delay till 12:45PM

4. If you are registered and playing, please head upstairs to perform check in if you already paid (so you can receive your packs) or purchase your ticket at the booth! (Btw its OP07 packs)

5. Its 6 Swiss rounds 35 minutes each round, we are FORCED to start at 12:50PM but we may start anytime between 12:30PM - 12:50PM depending on the attendance and/or late people.

IF YOU ARE UNSUCCESSFUL OR ON WAIT LIST ACCORDING TO THE BANDAI APP, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT COME TO DERPY CARDS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT TO AVOID CROWDING.
