1st: 1.5 Boxes of stampede + 1.5 Boxes of Alliance

2nd: 1 Box of stampede + 1 box of alliance

3rd and 4th: 12 packs of stampede + 12 packs of alliance

5th - 8th: 6 packs of stampede + 6 packs of alliance
